OMODA & JAECOO Polska, representing the innovative automotive industry, has moved into an 800 square meters office space in the Adgar Park West building. Previously, the company occupied a significantly smaller office area with the same operator at Adgar Plaza One. The tenant used the Flexi Lease by Adgar model. This is another example of tenants choosing- and remaining within- Adgar Poland’s properties, finding the company’s offering an ideal environment for business growth and scaling.
Adgar Poland’s Warsaw office buildings are increasingly attracting tenants from innovative sectors – including future-focused technology companies, established brands, and promising startups. It is in locations such as Adgar Park West, located in key business areas of Warsaw, that new ideas emerge and ambitious projects develop.
One such company is OMODA & JAECOO Polska, an importer and distributor of two automotive brands: Omoda and Jaecoo. Following rapid growth and team expansion, the company decided to relocate to the aforementioned complex on Aleje Jerozolimskie from its previous office at Adgar Plaza One in Służewiec. The tenant has leased nearly 800 square meters in total, comprising all available modules currently offered within the Flexi Lease by Adgar concept.

The photoshoot featured the fully electric Omoda E5 model, highlighting both companies’ commitment to promoting sustainable solutions and an innovative approach to electromobility.
