Adgar Poland has been actively expanding its presence in the Warsaw office real estate market for 25 years and continues to pursue ambitious growth plans. These objectives are supported by a financing agreement signed with Santander Bank Polska, under which the company has secured an extension of credit financing exceeding EUR 100 million.o.
Adgar Poland currently owns and manages 14 office properties in Warsaw, with a total leasable area exceeding 140,000 square meters. Its proprietary, tenant-friendly office concepts that support business growth are available in buildings located in key business districts, including Mokotów, Wola, and Ochota. Adgar continues to invest in its portfolio and systematically implements solutions aimed at improving energy efficiency and advancing ESG objectives, in line with its adopted strategy.

The transaction was advised on the legal side by the law firm Eversheds Sutherland.
Among the company’s most significant investments in recent years are the acquisition of the Adgar Renaissance Tower office building in Warsaw’s Ochota district, as well as the acquisition and conversion of historic buildings at Adgar PDT Wola into office use. Together with three private investors, the company is also co-financing this year the redevelopment of road infrastructure in Warsaw’s Służewiec business district, including the Suwak–Cybernetyki street connection.”
