Adgar Poland confirms the completion of the leasing process of one of its Warsaw office properties – Adgar PDT Wola. The last remaining available space, the entire third floor comprising 1,744 square meters, will be occupied by Techni Schools, an innovative private technical IT school. This marks another example of how office spaces can successfully evolve to accommodate new functions, including educational use.
The full commercialization of Adgar PDT Wola represents an important milestone in Adgar Poland’s strategy, which focuses on diversifying its tenant portfolio and maintaining a flexible approach to the use of office space. Today, the building combines office, service, educational, and coworking functions, attracting tenants from a wide range of industries and operating models—from corporates and startups to educational institutions.

Techni Schools is a dynamically developing private IT technical school. Its new headquarters is being designed as a space dedicated to young technology talent, featuring 11 modern classrooms, an auditorium with a movable wall” , a sports hall, a chill-out room, teachers’ rooms, and specialist offices. The layout also includes a dedicated area for the Techni Stars team—students and mentors working on advanced solutions in artificial intelligence and personalised education.
The curriculum is based on project-based learning and includes practical training in programming and cybersecurity, development of soft skills, and even Chinese language classes. The school also provides students with access to inspiring development-focused events such as hackathons, Tech Day, and Tech Her Way.
The fit-out process is currently underway, and students are scheduled to begin classes at the new location in the 2025/2026 school year.

Located at 8/12 Młynarska Street, Adgar PDT Wola is a building of exceptional significance for Warsaw’s Wola district. Formerly known as the Powszechny Dom Towarowy (Universal Department Store), the property has undergone a revitalization process carried out with respect for its modernist heritage. Today, it combines history with modernity, exemplified by unique features such as a tram installed inside the lobby – a symbol of transformation, urban identity, and the integration of multiple functions.
Adgar Poland has owned the building since 2021 and has successfully modernized its common areas in recent years, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and flexible spatial design. The property now offers not only office space, but also services, educational functions, and coworking areas, including Brain Embassy, addressing the needs of companies that prefer flexible working models. The building also incorporates innovative solutions for energy and water management.
