About Us

Michael Mevorach joined the company in 2010, initially as Finance Director.

Before joining Adgar Poland, he gained professional experience mainly in Hungary, where he served as President of a subsidiary of Engel East Europe N.V., as well as Finance Director at Plaza Centers Poland.

Earlier in his career, he also worked as Deputy Finance Director at Plaza Centers (Europe) N.V.

He graduated in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University in Israel. He also completed postgraduate studies in accounting at the same university and holds a certified public accountant licence in Israel.

Cezary Waszkiewicz serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Adgar’s operations in Poland and is a member of the Company’s Management Board. He has been with Adgar since 2010, initially joining the organisation as Chief Accountant and subsequently taking responsibility for key financial areas of the business.

He is currently responsible for finance, accounting, internal control and the HR function, ensuring the company’s operational and financial stability while supporting strategic business decisions.

Prior to joining Adgar, he gained professional experience at Carrefour and in the food services industry, where he spent seven years.

Cezary is a graduate of Economics from the University of Białystok and completed postgraduate studies in Accounting at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

Nir Kelner holds an MBA in Strategy and International Management and has over 20 years of managerial experience. At Adgar Investments & Development, he is responsible for global coworking operations and serves as a Director at Adgar Poland.

He has extensive experience in the international real estate and hospitality sectors, having collaborated with organizations such as IWG Group and LABS. He is also the founder of KCW – Space as a Service, a consulting firm supporting coworking operators.

Since joining Adgar, he has been developing the flagship brand The Brain Embassy, enhancing service quality, expanding the network and implementing innovative solutions. The Brain Embassy sets global standards in coworking by combining design, community and education to inspire creativity, collaboration and wellbeing.

He has also lectured in accounting at the Peres Academic Center.

Monika Szelenberger is a member of the Management Team of Adgar Poland, responsible for leasing strategy, asset management and marketing of the office property portfolio totaling 140,000 sqm. Since 2018, she has been co‑creating Adgar’s growth in Poland, shaping the long‑term commercialisation strategy and developing flexible and hybrid leasing models that respond to evolving market needs.

She specialises in value‑driven real estate strategies, creating concepts tailored to a dynamic business environment, and bridging the owner’s perspective with the real needs of tenants. She is responsible for key strategic, budgetary and investment decisions.

Previously, she spent over eight years at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), advising tenants on real estate strategies, relocations and lease negotiations, supporting both Polish and international organisations in optimising their office space.

She has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector.

Robert Włoszek is a member of the Management Team of Adgar Poland. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for the planning, coordination and supervision of the operational performance of the entire office portfolio, including property management teams, technical operations, as well as expansion and redevelopment projects across Adgar Poland’s buildings.

In his role, he also plays a key part in the development and management of new business lines, including electric vehicle charging infrastructure. He oversees the team delivering EV projects end to end – from planning and construction of infrastructure to the operational management of charging stations located within Adgar buildings and at external client sites.

Robert has over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. For more than five years, he was associated with the international advisory firm Colliers, where as Technical Quality Manager he was responsible for providing technical support to property management teams and auditing technical operations in office and logistics buildings.

Previously, he spent four years with Adgar Poland as Technical Manager of one of the company’s buildings, while simultaneously serving as Facility Manager and leading the on-site technical services team. This experience allowed him to gain in-depth knowledge of day-to-day property operations and a strong understanding of tenants’ needs.

Robert is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and holds a postgraduate degree in Property Management from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). He has experience in LEED and BREEAM certification processes, supporting the development of the Adgar portfolio in line with high technical standards and principles of sustainable development.

Monika Kaczmarczyk is an experienced leader who has been serving as Managing Director of Brain Embassy and a member of the Management Team of Adgar Poland since 2016. She is responsible for the strategy, operational performance and expansion of the Brain Embassy brand in both domestic and international markets.

She developed her expertise in sales and management during 12 years with the Accor Group, followed by her role as Director of Adgar Conference Group. Under her leadership, the Brain Embassy brand has become synonymous with the office of the future. Monika currently oversees seven locations in Poland and actively supports the development of the concept across international markets.

As a member of the global team, she co-creates the strategy of this repeatedly awarded coworking brand. A recipient of the “Woman of Success” and “Outstanding Polish Woman” awards, she is widely recognised for her visionary approach to designing ergonomic, creative and inspiring workspaces.
